We currently only accept payment through Paypal for custom blog designs. Invoices must be paid in full before design work can start. You don’t have to have a Paypal account to pay the invoice- any credit card will work too!
We reserve the right to decline a client if we feel like we are not a good match. Please also understand we are only able to take on a few clients at a time. We also reserve the right to terminate any project if it becomes a burden, the client is not responding to emails, or becomes unprofitable.
Since our products are digital, we do not allow refunds. If we have made a mistake, you can count on us to make it right. Please contact us with any concerns.
Once custom work has begun, refunds are not allowed under any circumstance. Thanks for understanding!
Ordering Custom Design
Please thoroughly think through your design style and preferences before placing an order. Providing inspiration with specific examples (fonts, colors, styles) is key to the design process. We are unfortunately not mind readers… although pretty darn close!
Our premade templates and digital goods are meant for one person and one person alone. You are not allowed to share. If you love our templates and your friend does, too, please point him/her to our site. Thank you!
All Premade Themes & Custom Designs
The attribution footer at the bottom of your blog template is required to stay there for as long as you have a Bloom template installed. Thank you!
All designs created by Kelsey Grauke & Bloom are the exclusive property of Bloom and are not to be shared, redistributed or copied.
You may not alter any graphics in any way as this discredits my work as a designer!
You are allowed two rounds of revisions. Any revisions thereafter, are subject to a $25 fee. Any revisions after your design has been installed are also subject to a fee, unless of course, it’s a mistake on my part which I will promptly fix!
As I am full-time mama and time is of the essence, all communication is done via email.
Support Email Turnaround & Working Hours
We work on business days only. Because the designer is a full-time mama, our hours are a little unpredictable. We most often work during naps and late evening. We’re always here to handle urgent matters, but all other emails will be returned in 1-3 business days depending on our workload.
